Once you have placed your order, you will then need to send your inclusions to us. We ask you use recorded delivery to ensure your precious inclusions arrive to us safely Our turn around time is 2-6 weeks from the date we receive your inclusions. If we do experience any unexpected delays we will contact you directly to inform you.

***For all Jewellery orders that you wish to have in time for christmas need to be placed by no later than 27th october 2025 and all inclusions received by Monday 3rd November to be Guaranteed in time for Christmas any order place after this date will not be Guaranteed for Christmas.***
